Feature description
Hide the joins and leave messages if the player count of the server goes past a certain amount.

How the feature is useful

Lets servers that have small player counts at night have joins/leaves at low player counts but during the day when there are a lot of players online disable it so that chat is not constantly being flooded with join/leave messages.
