Problem
Cannot show player's location by IP

What I have tried
Checking the license key and config

Config looks fine. This might be an issue with the database you downloaded being corrupt, or a plugin conflict (more likely, I think).

Try this:

• Delete the EssentialsGeoIP folder, but keep a backup of the config file (you will want to re-use it). Restart the server, restore the config, and restart again. See if the newly downloaded database works. The file size should be several megabytes.
• Remove all plugins except for supported plugins from /ess version. See if the issue resolves.
