Hi! I have a user who was OP on my server before, he was testing out the shop so he spawned in a billion coins for himself. He has left the staff team and I have de-opped him. I take away all his money and do /bal for him and it says he has $0. I do /baltop force, and it's still the same so I give it 2 days to update. I come back in 2 days and baltop is still the same even though I restarted a couple times. I tried adding money to his balance so its $1000 and taking it away again, come back again and still no. I tried so many things. I cannot reinstall essentials as I have configured alot of things and I can't save the files as it is too risky. I am wondering is there a possible ways to just delete his name from logs on baltop. Oh and I tried giving him a permission to exclude him from baltop but it still did not work.
If anyone can help me remove his name without reinstalling that would be great.

I have did /eco reset **, unfortunately I had to reset the money but it worked
