Players can make glitch and make things stack more than they should.

Example.
I set in the config > oversized-stacksize: 2

If player have 2 stacks stacked 2x, he can left click one then left click on another and 1 item is transferred to the other stack resulting in a 3x Stacked item, when the limit is set at only 2. Heres a video:
