I installed TNE[The New Economy] And when NEW players join they get 200 gold or dollars depending on which economy I use. I checked essentials and TNE and found nothing saying 200. Could anyone please help me out.

Looks like its a config option in The New Economy

Core.Server.Account.Balance set that to the starting balance you want.
