Description
This happens with essentials 2.18.1 and before on 2.17.2 it was working fine and it says essentials supports versions 1.8 and up but the server is on 1.8.8 and it still doesn't work

Steps to reproduce
/give debuffpvp 383:50 1
/give debuffpvp creeperegg 1

Expected behavior
Give the creeper egg

NOTE: All previous essentials versions worked with all my plugins and current spigot i use but after i updated it won't work and i tried 2.18.1 and it still didn't work and only works if i downgrade back to 2.17.2 could you guys possibly fix this and my friends who upgraded had the same issue as well

Can you stop re-making this exact same issue over and over again. Use a supported server software (Spigot, Paper, etc) or do not complain - either put up with it or report the issue to your server vendor and ask them to fix it.

so how would they fix it cause if?
