Command stopped working for only 1 user

Hey all! I asked the discord but no help, so I’ll try the forum. I’ve got one user who can’t use /tpa.
Here are the debug when she runs the command.

Possibly pertinent information:
- When she /tpa, the recipient isn’t notified
- Other users (both in the same group and not) are able to use the command
- The console knows she’s issuing the command
Any thoughts?
