Description:
EssentialsX's AlternativeCommandHandler uses the plugin description file for searching for alternative commands, rather than the command map. This prevents commands being detected if they are dynamically registered without being included in plugin.yml, as is the case with plugins using frameworks such as ACF or cloud.
