No fix for offline mode servers?

EssentialsX doesn't officially support offline mode (non Mojang-authenticated) servers.

The fix described in the common issues thread will still work for offline mode servers, but requires the user to manually inspect all of the userdata files instead of just the v3 UUID files. This is because both offline mode players and NPC accounts have v3 UUIDs, so there's no easy way to differentiate the two like in online mode where players have v4 UUIDs.
