Bug description

When running /spawnmob zombie:netheritearmor , It only spawns a naked zombie or try doing /spawnmob zombie:netheritesword only spawns a zombie with a STONE sword.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the command /spawnmob zombie:netheritearmor or /spawnmob zombie:netheritesword
2. You see this issue.

Expected behaviour

The zombie should be in a set of netherite armor or having a netherite sword.

Actual behaviour

The zombie forgot to put on his armor and grabbed the wrong sword.
