Problem with UTF-8 (Hungarian lang)

I cant remove that (NBSP) special char from this.
But I can see it everywhere. (for example motd)

I changed the config.yml to UTF-8 without BOM

Nálunk Linuxon azon belül Multicrafton ANSI kódolással nincs ilyen problémánk a magyar fordítással.
Esetleg próbáld meg ANSI kódolásban, lehet az lesz itt a gond.

Use ANSI encoding, and works perfectly.

I tried many encodings ANSI too: look

This is /bal command it need to output : "Пари: xsum."

I have this problem only with essentials no other plugin in my live is doing this problem 😢
