Bug description

While in /vanish, completing an advancement will broadcast it to all players.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a user with the /v permission go into vanish with a regular user online
2. Make an advancement (like putting a wither skull into your inventory)

Expected behaviour

Although I am not sure if this is intended or not, I would expect the notification to not be broadcast to all users while in vanish.

Actual behaviour

All users receive the ' has made the advancement '
