so i have a splash potion kit

- 373:8192 4 effect:weakness power:1 duration:360 effect:blindness power:4 duration:360 effect:nausea power:4 duration:180 effect:slowness power:2 duration:360 name:§d§lSplash_Potion_Of_Escaping lore:§6Splash_Your_Foes_To_Evade_Them

and its always worked fine. by that i mean it was receiving as a splash.
but recently. (not sure when it started) they have been getting issued as drinkable not splash

do you know of any reason for this?

But that only refers to 1.9?

as the title states, i'm using 1.8.8, not 1.9
so advising on 1.9 changes is really not helping me,

Yes but 1.9 breaks this.
