Bug description

Whenever the toggleshout command is disabled under the disabled commands section of the config, and someone tries to run the command in game, regardless of permission level, the server crashes.

Steps to reproduce

Disable 'toggleshout' under disabled-commands
Start server (paper, essentialsx, essxchat, essxprotect, essxspawn)
call /toggleshout in game

Expected behaviour

The expected behaviour would be: 'Unknown command. Type "/help" for help.'

Actual behaviour

"Crashes" server, no verbose error messages in log file or console. Instead just looks like it shuts down the server
