Bug description

force-disable-teleport-safety doesn't actually forcefully disable teleport safety

Steps to reproduce

1. Disable teleport-safety and enable force-disable-teleport-safety
2. Teleport to an unsafe location (e.g. player in the air)
3. Plugin be like "noooo its unsafe" and u be like "nooo idc let me go"

Expected behaviour

It should forcefully teleport me cuz thats what it says it'll do

Actual behaviour

It does what i said in step 3 above
