Can't use build?

Steps to reproduce

essentials:build
[13:27:24 INFO]: Unknown command. Type "/help" for help.
build
[13:31:54 INFO]: Unknown command. Type "/help" for help.

Expected behaviour

build or essentials:build can be used

Actual behaviour

build is not command.
Need to be used with luckpermission
/lp group default permission set -essentials.build.* false
