New joined players are vanished in the tab. Players with vanish can be seen by normal players.

Excuse me for asking.. but..
What version of Spigot/Bukkit?
Is your server an upgrade or a new install?
Are Ops logging in Vanished?
Do players have the permission to see them?

I know, seems silly, just asking.

Spigot Version: 1.8.7. Its a new install. And Ops are not logging in Vanished. No players do not have permissions to see vanished players
