Bug description
Money does not come to the player when he is offline. When trying (/eco give) to give money to a player when he is offline, nothing comes to him! When issued, it is shown that the balance has been increased, but in fact, when a player enters the server again, his balance does not change.
I use: vault
Steps to reproduce
- Login to the server with 2 accounts
- Save the balance for 1 of them and exit the server
- Wait 5-10 minutes
- Send money to the player via eco or pay
- Enter the server and the balance will remain the same as when you exited

Offline player receives money
Actual behaviour
Offline player sometimes receives money sometimes not
