Bug description

1)Player1(niks_v) join to game
2)Player2(Touze) call a /tpa niks_v
3)Player1 confirmed tp request by /tpaccept
4)To Player1 send msg "§4You do not have a pending request."
5)Player2 didnt teleport
After Player1 rejoin to server, this moves was complete successfully

Steps to reproduce

1. 2 people on server
2. First player send request for teleport to another player
3. Second player accept teleport request
4. ERROR

Expected behaviour

First player must teleport to another player in 100% chance

Actual behaviour

First player cant teleport to another because another player cant accept teleport in 50%

I am having this issue as well. No idea how to replicate it consistently - just happens on random occasions. This issue is a lot rare for me though (5% of all teleports?), and players rejoining the server doesn't always resolve this issue either. No errors.

I've never had this issue before around 2.19.7/6.
