Bug description
Lots of players are saying their /ptime and /pweather needs reset often, even those that don't ever use the commands are being affected with their personal time and weather not matching that of the servers. It doesn't seem to affect players who don't have access to those permissions though.
Steps to reproduce
Nothing specific seems to trigger it from what I have seen beyond having the permissions and logging in. Players dont even need to use the command to trigger the bug.
Expected behaviour
/ptime and /pweather shouldn't randomly change players times or weather.
Actual behaviour
/ptime and /pweather do not reset upon relog and randomly change players personal time and weather without the commands being used.
I can confirm that this is affecting players who do not have the permission nodes for the /ptime command.
This has been seen before when people use region based time/weather from something like WorldGuard. Can you make 100% sure you are not doing this?
