Feature description

Essentials currently doesn't support color codes being used in anvils. This feature would enable users to format item names using the & color codes if they have the appropriate permissions.

How the feature is useful

Essentials supports color codes being used pretty much anywhere except anvils and books. I don't see any reason why color code support for anvils shouldn't be a feature. Yes, I am aware the /itemname command exists, but I want to give players the ability to color item names without giving them access to the /itemname command. The /editsign command exists and supports color codes, but that doesn't stop you from using color codes when directly entering text for a sign.
