Discord: Output certain messages to multiple channels

Feature description
Would be nice to output some messages to multiple discord channels.
E.g. output joining and leaving mc as well to my #general as my #status channel.
In the config file this could look like:
message-types:
join: primary, 1088860778448297984
leave: primary, 1088860778448297984
