Title makes it weird but I'm seeing if there is any possible way that you could have the silentjoin or silentquit permissions but it actually broadcasts to people who may bave a specific permission (that way maybe someone like Me an Owner can see when someone that might have a silentjoin permission actually joins that way I can still see when someone is joining or leaving but no one else still can

How the feature is useful

allows owners/developers to see who is still joining and leaving even if that person has silentjoin/quit
