Bug description

Previously reported as #4101. (The issue template doesn't have a final textbox for this sort of note despite saying otherwise, so I put it here.)

When using the current stable version of the XMPP Addon, many errors are thrown on startup stating that various startup classes couldn't be loaded from smack-config.xml.

There is also a nag about printing using sout/err.print.

These issues don't appear to impact performance of the plugin itself.

Steps to reproduce

Start the server with EssentialsX XMPP 2.19.7.

Expected behaviour

No errors are thrown.

Actual behaviour

Errors are thrown.
