When toggling admin chat on, it duplicates the message, showing it in private and public.

When prefixing a message with /a, it works fine.

Updated both Essentials and Essentials Chat today, along with updating Spigot to 1.9.2

admin chat isn't part of essentials. you're probably thinking mcmmo.
