Bug description

When update-check: false is set, any player who is OP'd will receive a message stating that "Update checking disabled in config". This is an annoyance. If the behavior is set to not check for updates, please just notify us in the startup log, not via a message to any OP'd player whenever they log in.

Steps to reproduce

Set update-check: false
Log in to server and receive message that states update checking is disabled

Expected behaviour

Set update-check: false
See log line on server start, stating that update checking is disabled.
Log in to server and see no warning chats.

Actual behaviour

Log in to server and receive message that states update checking is disabled

This isn’t a bug, and has a permission for that to be displayed. I don’t have the exact permission on hand right now, but it is something essentials.updatecheck

Please let me know when you can confirm that permission.
