Bug description

After the commit providing support for the adventure update was commited an hour ago whisper messages now "spill the guts" of the formatting almost like the format string isnt being treated at all.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a new paper 1.19.4 or 1.20.4 server (The one in the screenshot is 1.19.4 but it also happened on a 1.20.4 server that i originally found this bug on).
2. And the core EssentialsX plugin.
3. Whisper anything to yourself or someone else.

The whisper message should have proper formatting like this:
