The colors in the ban message are not displayed correctly

Steps to reproduce

Update to the latest version of essentials
(temp)ban someone
Ask him for a screenshot of what it showed him

Expected behaviour

The colors will display correctly

Actual behaviour

Colors are displayed incorrectly
