The last variable in jailnotify doesn't work properly

Steps to reproduce

Update essentials
Switch to the Czech language (maybe it is also reflected in other languages, I don't know)
Jail someone
Watch the message it sends to other admins

Expected behaviour

The last variable will work correctly

Actual behaviour

The last variable does not work. It should display the nick of the admin who jailed the player.
