Commands stop sending feedback to player, only feedback in console

Bug description
After roughly 30 minutes, command feedback stops getting sent back to players. The command still successfully executes if everything is entered correctly. Command feedback still works on console however
Steps to reproduce
- Turn on the server
- Try paying someone, observe that you get feedback
- Join half an hour later, try to do the same thing and it stops working. :(
Expected behaviour
Feedback from commands to appear consistently, whether it is an error etc
Actual behaviour
No command feedback.
Interesting - a further step, relog after it is working and it stops working (after a restart/boot)
