Bug description

When setting a /nick, if a capitalized letter is used for a & color code, a massive error fills the console, and subsequently, you can no longer /seen the player, and a big error happens in console if you /seen, /list, /msg said player, etc.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update to the latest dev build of EssentialsX
2. Use /nick with any capital & color code
3. /seen or /list or /msg

Expected behaviour

No giant errors in console

Several giant errors in console
