Feature description

Run "/kitreset" without specifying a player to reset the cooldown time for all players using this kit, including offline players.

How the feature is useful

Used to cooperate with the timed task plugin to set the refresh time of the kit.

If this is something to be added, it won't have just reset for all players when no player argument is provided. that will cause more issues than it's going to be worth. it would follow the same scheme as other commands that allow you to run actions on online/all (online/offline) players. * for online and ** for offline.
