it doesnt need the dump.

Bug description
When a player do /pay and he has no money for the ammount that he wrote on the commando the notEnoughMoney message does not show color. All the type of colors do not work with notEnoughMoney on the lang file.
Steps to reproduce
- Having the latest build available on the site. (Dev Build)
- /pay player moneythatyoudonothave
- Message appears without colors. (Color codes are shown)

Message with color
Actual behaviour
No color

If the template asks for a dump, include a dump. There is information crucial to debugging in it.
Can confirm that even with latest dev build that get this PR : #5736 it doesn't fix the issue for "notEnoughMoney"
