Inclusion of 1.21 materials/items into Essentials' item.json as they're in the game as of 1.20.6 (experimental datapack)

Feature description
Inclusion of all new items and blocks mentioned in the Minecraft Wiki 1.21 page (since the Bundle experimental item is also present in items.json), which is useful for convenience in /give, and also fixes the following error in /itemdb
How the feature is useful
These materials are already in the game in prior versions (to supplement the experimental datapack) and adding them into the file now reduces some work for later on
