Bug description
When EssentialsX's home and warp are teleported to the Nether or the End of the World, they will be teleported to the corresponding coordinates in the Overworld.
Steps to reproduce
EssentialsX creates home and then transfers to home
Expected behaviour
When ssentialsX uses home and warp to teleport to the underworld or the end of the world, it will teleport to the corresponding coordinates of the underworld and the end of the world.
Actual behaviour
When EssentialsX's home and warp are teleported to the Nether or the End of the World, they will be teleported to the corresponding coordinates in the Overworld.
