Bug description
Players with default permissions are joining the server without a join/leave message appearing.
Steps to reproduce
- Join the server, I guess
Expected behaviour
For silent join/leave to not be enabled, even with the config option disabled and no perm set for the permission
Actual behaviour
Players join and leave without a message appearing
