Would be good to have an option to have, or at least a permission to deny/give to keep their fly status on world change

This is resolved by granting the player 'essentials.fly' on the world they switch to.
Fly is only removed by Essentials if they no longer have permission to use it.
Other plugins may remove fly on world change however.
