EssentialsX Player Respawn On Death Location Constantly.

Hello, problem is as title says, sometimes, rather 1/1000 chance players respawn on their death location. I suspect this is EssentialsX issue as I have edited "respawn-listener-priority: highest" just to be sure theres nothing else possibily conflicting and/or re-spawning players on their death location. As I've heard from players when asking about this, it happens rarely, and some have experienced it on similar factions servers on some occasions too. There is no any kind of Essentials error in the logs, I've tried to track down but completely blank.
Can you share the rest of your EssentialsX config?
It is practically impossible for EssentialsX to spawn a player at their death location as far as I can see. The only case where the respawn point changes is if respawn-at-home is enabled. Which in that case it tries to spawn them at their bed or /home.
