Faction Chat does not work with 1.13 Factions3 Massivecraft fork

I cant get this plugin to work correctly with the factions3 fork. Factions3 is forked from the Massivecraft version, but I do not know how much is changed. When I attempt to use Factionchat v1.10.8, Factions3 v3.1.5, and paper-568 server it gave this stacktrace every time I said something in chat after switching to a chat added by factionchat. My message was then printed in public chat. When switched back to public the stacktrace would not appear.

Would you be able to ad support for Factions3?

Honestly I doubt this will be updated, this plugin does not look like its in active development. The plugin does not claim support for the Factions3 port either. I can't really blame the author for not wanting to update the plugin. There are other solutions available depending on version.
