Due to many changes with the Cloud Command Migration PR, several issues happened that needs to be overlooked at.

Checklist
- I have included a Fawe debugpaste.
- I am using the newest build from https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/favs and the issue still persists.

Well the template says "Fawe debugpaste" but we may need the Favs debugpaste.
How to reproduce:
- Type /favs debugpaste
- See that the link is not clickable:

How to reproduce:
- use /favs reload
- Try to type /favs info or something else
Tabcompletion and commands are somehow gone (on 2.8.0 it worked but not on 2.9.4)
