I looked into it, looks more like the perm plugin from your developers might be the reason, looks like it's outdated and doesn't do its work with permission handling. FAWE itsself loads but you can't use it because of the perms plugin. If your plugin issue can't be fixed, try Luckperms instead for example. Open an issue on their side and let them have a look into it.
