What feature do you want to see added?

"//stack -r" to be able to stack using x,y,z in single blocks instead of the size of the selected region.

Are there any alternatives?

I can't find a way to do this without having to do a lot of manual work.

Anything else?

I've seen that at least the world edit mod has this functionality.
