Describe the bug

If you use //copy and //paste or //stack on a coloured sign, it doesn't work, it just pastes a blank sign.

This issue does not affect non-coloured signs - those paste just fine.

To Reproduce

1. Create a coloured sign.
2. Select the sign
3. Copy and paste it or //stack it

Expected behaviour

It should paste with the coloured text on it.

This is something I am experiencing as well with the same setup (1.21.5 Paper server, latest development build) and same reproducibility.

Can't reproduce (anymore) - most likely fixed by 228b1d5
