Describe the bug

When using fixlighting, it just makes all the chunks 15/15 light level. If anyone's interesting in helping, I can provide more info if needed. I understand no one wants to work with CraftBukkit.

The command is no longer needed. Additionally, CraftBukkit solely exists as API nowadays and is not supported as server software, please use something like Paper: https://papermc.io/downloads/paper
