Fail UUID conversion

Hello, I'm testing the version "Jenkins" (latest stable). When I start the server appears:

[17:23:44 INFO]: [Fe] Fe Enabling v0.8-SNAPSHOT-b50 [17:23:44 INFO]: [Fe] [Fe] Starting UUID conversion.

But nothing happens. I've tried both ways: sqlite and mysql, but none works.

In short: I do not work to convert UUID.

What I can do? Use the latest stable version 1.7.9 Spigot

Do you get any sort of error?

Might not be related but we got issues when converting due to huge amount of users, so mojangs web api blocked us shortly.

We fixed it with cleanup of old accounts in our case
