It seems that drowned are treated like zombies in that: being in water prevents their drops entirely. This makes getting nautilus shells and tridents basically non-existent as an already rare mob needs to be dragged onto land to get any drops from it.

Yea, antigrinder has issues. I'll see if it's easy to make an exception for these.
