No player by that name has logged in recently

Observed Behavior

Trying to /untrust a player that has not logged in for over 7 months returns the line "No player by that name has logged in recently" and will not untrust them.

Player name was "TheTankWilliams" who also logged into another server today so the name has not been changed.

There is a workaround:

Run /trustlist to view add trusted to chat screen.
Run /untrust all
Add back in the other trusted players from the chat screen.

Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to untrust players that have left as this becomes a security issue.

Running without GriefPrevention

I attempted running the server without GriefPrevention installed.
The problem does not occur when GriefPrevention is removed from the server.

Running with only GriefPrevention

I attempted running only GriefPrevention on the server.
The issue still occurs when GriefPrevention is the only plugin running.

Running on a fresh, clean server installation

I attempted testing for the issue on a new server.
The issue still occurs on a new server.

Using unmodified client

I attempted testing for the issue with the vanilla client.
The issue still occurs when using the vanilla client.

Increase OfflinePlayer_cache_days: 90 to a value greater than 7 months worth of days

16.18.2 will also add untrusting via UUID, so those entries will be untrustable without untrusting everyone.
