Was debating whether I track this in main repo or in docs repo.

Idea is to have a little blurb about the v20 roadmap and to direct potential addon developers to provide input. Related to GriefPrevention/GriefPrevention-Docs#8

Primary focus is on API to simplify or refactor, vs. just 'new' api or features.
