Admin claims denny any actions for players when OP is seted

Observed Behavior

Non-OP players are getting trapped in the spawn hub. I built a welcome building for new players, but only OP accounts can open the door or read the rule book.

Details:

The building is within an admin claim.
I used the command:
/accesstrust public
But it still doesn’t allow non-OP players to interact with doors or read the rule book.

Expected Behavior

Enable all players to open the door and read the server rules without requiring OP permissions.

Reproduction steps

Create an Admin Claim
Use your server’s land-claim plugin (e.g., GriefPrevention) to create an Admin Claim.
Place a Door Within the Claim
Make sure the door is fully contained inside the new Admin Claim.
Grant Public Access
```
/accesstrust public
```
This command should allow all players to interact with doors, levers, buttons, etc. within the claim.
Set a User as OP
Give a specific player OP status:
```
/op <username>
```
Log in with a Non-OP User
Either use a different account or have someone else join without OP privileges.
Attempt to Open the Door
Verify whether this non-OP user can open the door as intended—or if they’re still restricted.

Running without GriefPrevention

I attempted running the server without GriefPrevention installed.
The problem does not occur when GriefPrevention is removed from the server.

Running with only GriefPrevention

I attempted running only GriefPrevention on the server.
The issue still occurs when GriefPrevention is the only plugin running.

Running on a fresh, clean server installation

I attempted testing for the issue on a new server.
The issue still occurs on a new server.

Using unmodified client

I attempted testing for the issue with the vanilla client.
The issue still occurs when using the vanilla client.

This is not GP, it is vanilla spawn protection. https://minecraft.wiki/w/Spawn_protection
