Wand related listeners update the wrong wand when inventory has multiple wands

Describe the bug
If there is more than 1 Wand in the inventory, any interaction that looks for a wand eg) Casting/SpellSwitching grabs the first Wand in the inventory and modifies the Lore there instead of the Wand that is currently selected on the hotbar

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run /wand
  2. Put the first wand in the 1st hotbar slot
  3. Run /wand again
  4. Put the wand in the 3rd hotbar slot
  5. Swap active hotbar to 3rd slot
  6. Right click to swap spells
  7. Notice want in first slot is updated not the 3rd slot
